Ryan Ford
Director
Rev. W. Ryan Ford is an alum of LA Tech and The Wesley. After completing his studies at Duke Divinity School, Ryan came back to his roots and is serving the students of Wesley as Director. Ryan is a prophet, with a passion for The Word of God, bow hunting, trout fishing, and wood working. He and his wife, Holly, have two children, Elias and Margot.
Philip Matherne
interim associate minister of evangelism
Returning to The Wesley after a year of directing youth ministry, Philip is excited to be the new Interim Associate Minister of Evangelism. Originally from French Settlement LA, he graduated from Louisiana Tech with a BS in Kinesiology and a minor in Biology. An alumnus of The Wesley Foundation, he served as a Missionary Intern from 2020-2022. He finds great joy in preparing and sharing the spiritual and physical meals that give God's people life, sumo wrestling, contemplation, and discovering the Holy Spirit in the stories of the lives of the people he meets.
Robert Dixon

Robert Dixon (pictured here with fiancée and former Intern Bekah Beck) is a LA Tech and Wesley alum from Smackover, Arkansas. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at the end of this past school year. He enjoys country music, playing guitar, fishing, hunting, and spending time in nature. We are grateful for his servant’s heart, and we look forward to his leadership this year!
Camellia Bailey
Administrative assistant
Camellia Bailey is a LA Tech and Wesley alum from Shreveport, LA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Studio Art, after which she served two years as a Wesley Missionary Intern. She is passionate about the goodness of scripture, the love of God, art, thrift shopping, gardening, and spending time with loved ones. She also loves to have a good laugh.
